More than 500 students from upper secondary schools in Rome and Provincia of Rome have been questioned about science: from information channels to the science policy decision making, from scientific path at school (including textbooks and laboratories) to scientific profession and motivation. Data analysed are compared with other national and international inquiries. Trust in science is confirmed, but students want more participation and interaction between local and global contexts. Gender analysis places girls position out of the commonplace.Downloads
