Abstract

Scenario planning studies represent a consolidated line of research within the CNR-IRPPS. They have been implemented at a national and international level concerning social, cultural, demographic and health issues of the population. The present study, carried out within the Observatory on Youth Trends project through the Delphi MIX method and with the involvement of a prestigious national panel, shows the construction of a policy Agenda containing innovative, desirable and achievable interventions aimed at combating social deviance and promoting well-being for children and adolescents, equal opportunities and youth inclusion, with a focus on the psychosocial repercussions resulted from the spread of COVID19.
